Organized sports across Ohio and the nation are facing a growing crisis - a shortage of trained, qualified game officials. From youth leagues to the collegiate level, the demand for umpires, referees, judges, and other officials continues to rise, creating an urgent need for new recruits and comprehensive training.
To help tackle this issue, the Cleveland Football Officials Association, in partnership with Polaris Career Center, The Cleveland Browns, NOMS Southwest Orthopaedics and RefReps proudly presents:

This engaging event will provide a step-by-step guide on how to become a licensed official in Ohio for multiple high school sports. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with experienced officials, ask questions and learn about the assignment process.
Special Guest Speaker: Mark Baltz, veteran NFL official with 26 years of experience, will share exclusive insights from his officiating career and offer valuable advice for those looking to enter the profession.
Athletic directors, coaches, officiating association leaders, assignors, commissioners and members of the sports media are encouraged to attend, promote and support the recruitment and training of officials in Northeast Ohio.
