Who We Are
The Polaris Educational Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing and enriching the educational experience at Polaris Career Center. Since 1989, the Foundation has been instrumental in supporting students by providing financial assistance to help defray the cost of course fees and awarding scholarships for post-secondary education, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Our Mission
The Foundation’s mission is threefold:
Build an Endowment Fund – Establish a lasting financial resource to support Polaris Career Center's programs and initiatives.
Defray Student Fees – Provide financial assistance to help students cover the costs of career-technical programs, making education more accessible.
Establish a Scholarship Fund – Award scholarships to students pursuing further education, paving the way for future success.
Who Benefits
Our efforts directly benefit both students and the local business community. By alleviating financial burdens, we enable students to fully engage in their education and prepare for successful careers. In turn, this creates a skilled and ready workforce for local employers, fostering economic growth and development.
How You Can Help
The Foundation welcomes contributions from individuals, businesses and organizations. Donations can be made in many forms, including cash gifts, memorial donations and deferred gifts. Every contribution helps us invest in the future of our students, our employer partners and the community at large.
