High School Transcript and Portfolio FYI #PolarisMeansJobs. Polaris Career Center does not issue high school transcripts or education verifications. These documents are only issued by the associate high school. Certifications earned while attending Polaris Career Center are placed in the student's portfolio and cannot be replaced if lost. Unclaimed portfolios will only be available for one year after the student completes his or her career and technical program at Polaris Career Center.
