What is Job Shadowing? An opportunity for on-the-job training where a student learns from experienced individuals in their chosen industry. #PolarisMeansJobs. Students spend a day or part of a day shadowing your employees on-site Students are not paid for job shadowing experience Students are off on Fridays (School is scheduled Monday through Thursday) Some students are available Monday through Thursday mornings/evenings depending on their class schedule Student participants are recommended by program instructor Perk to shadowing leads to possible employment
