The Ohio TechCred program, sponsored by the State of Ohio’s Office of Workforce Transformation, reimburses employers who enroll their workers in industry-recognized, technology-focused credential training. Polaris Career Center courses that qualify for TechCred include the following:

What Is TechCred?
TechCred helps Ohioans learn new skills and helps employers build a stronger workforce with the skills needed in a technology-infused economy.
These technology-focused credentials take a year or less to complete and prepare current and future employees for the technology jobs Ohio employers need.
 
Ohio's TechCred Program gives employers the chance to upskill current and future employees in today’s tech-infused economy. Employers who submit successful applications will be reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential when current or prospective employees complete eligible technology-focused credentials.
